Revo Plus is Internet compatible for remote dial-in access using SMTP/POP3 over TCP/IP. Dial into your POP3 server to pick up messages when out and about. Use familiar email format with Inbox/Outbox folders for easy message management. Send and receive message attachments.
You can have multiple accounts to separate work and personal email. Use Short Messaging Service (SMS) to send text messages to other mobile phones. Call-back user authentication provides added security for corporate users.
A range of additional plug-in sychnronizers are available separately, e.g., Lotus Notes Mail, Novell GroupWise and Symantec ACT!
Communicate using SMS messaging with Revo Plus. The Short Message Service (SMS) is the ability to send and receive short text messages from one mobile phone to another mobile phone, pager or your Revo. SMS was conceived as part of the Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) digital standard. Originally for the GSM900 and GSM1800 networks it has also become available for the GSM800 and GSM1900 networks too. Please check with your network provider to ensure that your mobile can send and receive SMS messages
Synchronize effortlessly between your Revo Plus and PC. Get it together and link Revo Plus to your PC at home, at work or both! Revo Plus comes complete with the latest PsiWin software and its own docking station for easy connection. Everything you need to synchronize your diary, address book, email and back-up files.
A CD ROM with PsiWin v2.31 software is provided. You can get optional software for a Mac. Revo Plus is integrated into Windows Explorer, with a separate "My Psion" drive. It offers automatic conversions for Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Lotus SmartSuite, Corel Office/Novell/Word Perfect and other popular applications. There's automatic time management and contacts sync with Microsoft Outlook/Schedule+ and Lotus Organizer. There's automatic email sync with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus cc:Mail. One-touch back-up and restore functions speed up efficiency. You can Copy and Paste data directly between your PC and Revo Plus. You can print to any printer linked to the PC or the network.
The power adaptor plugs directly into the docking station, so Revo Plus charges automatically every time it's docked.
Organize your agenda with Revo Plus - Revo Plus keeps track of where you are and where you're going next. You can remember birthdays and special occasions for 10 years as it offers 10 years' diary space. You can check your schedule for the day, week, month and beyond.

The Revo is small and perfectly formed, its great to keep in the pocket as it's very slim, measuring just 157 x 79 x 18mm. And at a mere 200 grams, it can go anywhere without weighing you down.
Revo boasts an ARM 710 core running @ 36MHz. That means it's as fast and efficient as the Series 5mx.
The 480 x 160 pixel mono display with a 0.24mm pixel pitch. Its new special backing gives a unique high-contrast view, making it easy on the eyes in all light conditions. Let your Revo Plus Plus pen do the navigating, it's easy to find your way around on screen with the touch sensitive digitizer and stylus.
The clever design makes it easy to enter information and keep your fingers on the pulse. The unique 53 key QWERTY keyboard offers a pitch of 12.5mm. Revo Plus Plus uses Series 5mx style key tops, but with a softer touch. Also the 23mm loudspeaker, provides high quality audio output. Which means you won't miss a meeting or oversleep when you set the alarm function.
The batteries are built-in and rechargeable and the Revo can go long periods without recharging, infact it only needs 14 hours to recharge for the whole week. A 6.0V 500mA power supply is provided, which connects either directly to Revo or into the docking station. Main batteries are trickle charged when Revo Plus is docking, so they're topped up in just a few minutes every day.
To have high-speed connection to PCs, Macs, printers, mobile phones and modems, Revo Plus provides a 10-way docking connector for RS232 serial communications. Capable of 115K, this practical tool stays hidden on the base when Revo Plus is closed.
