Desperados - Wanted Dead or Alive
Its concept is easy to grab and easy to explain: You take control of a gang of 6 Desperados, John Cooper and his 5 allies, leading them through 25 challenging levels. In each level they will face a large amount of enemies. Your task is to find the right way through each level without getting caught or killed.

The basic game-concept is based on the simple but fresh idea of having a mix of infiltration, action and tactics although at first Desperados looks like any other squad-based strategy clone.

It has an engaging storyline, high-quality cut-scenes and a cast of unique (unlikely) heroes. Desperados - Wanted Dead or Alive took the idea of the most famous infiltration games and added more relevant team management and tactical aspects thanks to a 2D view. Moreover Desperados has a progressive level-of-difficulty, it can range from challenging to outright difficult.

Desperados is told in the thrilling way that we usually only know from adventure-games: Character and story driven with a great plot. Each team-member features individual characteristics, behaviours, voices and abilities.

The enemy AI is better than most so you wont get bored with the game easily. Although you do get a little help in knowing what your enemy is doing, you can click on an enemy character and see their field of visio, allowing you to judge if an action will put you in danger. Enemies that are unaware will have a green cone of vision, those on alert will be yellow and those who have seen you will turn red.
